Last updated: 18/03/2026
1. Introduction
This website is operated by Epic Brands UK (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website and/or purchasing any services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our services.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, clients, or contributors of content.
2. Nature of Services
Epic Brands UK provides professional digital services, including but not limited to website development, Shopify builds, SEO audits, content creation, creative services, and digital consultancy.
All services provided are custom, made-to-order and delivered digitally. No physical goods are sold through this website.
Due to the nature of these services, work is considered to begin as soon as resources are allocated, planning has commenced, or any form of work has started on your project.
3. Scope of Work
All services are delivered in accordance with the scope defined at the point of purchase, including any relevant product page descriptions, written agreements, or communications.
Any work requested outside of the agreed scope will be considered additional work and may be subject to further charges. We reserve the right to determine whether a request falls within or outside the agreed scope.
We are not obligated to provide services or revisions beyond what has been agreed.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals required for the completion of your project in a timely manner. This includes, but is not limited to, text content, images, branding assets, access credentials, and feedback.
Failure to provide required materials or respond within a reasonable timeframe may result in delays, project suspension, or additional charges. We are not responsible for any delays caused by a lack of client communication or missing assets.
5. Payments
All services must be paid in full or in accordance with an agreed payment structure prior to or during delivery.
Where a deposit is required, it secures your project slot and allocation of resources. Remaining balances must be paid as agreed. We reserve the right to pause work, withhold deliverables, or terminate services if payment is not received.
6. Revisions and Changes
Where revisions are included within a service, they will be limited to reasonable adjustments within the agreed scope.
Requests for significant changes, additional features, or alterations beyond the original direction may be treated as new work and charged accordingly.
We are not obligated to redo completed work due to a change in direction once work has been approved or progressed.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to you, excluding any underlying systems, frameworks, or proprietary processes used in their creation.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Performance Disclaimer
While we apply professional expertise and industry best practices, we do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to increases in sales, traffic, rankings, or conversions.
You acknowledge that business performance is influenced by a wide range of external factors beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epic Brands UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, or data.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the relevant service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate agreements, or cancel projects at our discretion if these Terms are breached, communication becomes unreasonable, or circumstances arise that prevent the successful delivery of the service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
