How does payment work when I buy a package?
We take a 50% deposit at checkout to secure your project. The remaining 50% is payable on completion. This keeps things fair and shows we are confident in our work.
Why do you only take 50% upfront?
We believe trust should go both ways. You are not taking all the risk — and neither are we.
Do you sell physical products or ship anything?
No. All products are digital services. There is no physical delivery or courier involved.
Can I speak to you before purchasing?
Yes — in many cases that is the best place to start. We can help you choose the right package or scope something bespoke.
