1. Overview
Epic Brands UK provides digital services and development packages only. We do not sell physical products, and therefore there are no physical returns.
2. Refunds Before Work Has Started
You may request a refund if you cancel your purchase before any work has commenced and before any resources have been allocated to your project.
3. Refunds After Work Has Started
Once work has commenced, all payments are strictly non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to, time spent on planning, research, design, development, content creation, or any work delivered either partially or in full.
Due to the custom and immediate nature of our services, value is created as soon as work begins.
4. Deposits and Staged Payments
Where a deposit or staged payment structure is in place, the deposit is non-refundable once your project has been scheduled or work has commenced.
Payments made at each stage reflect work completed or in progress and are non-refundable.
5. Consumer Rights
By purchasing services from us, you agree for work to begin immediately and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right to cancel once the service has commenced.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in cases of change of mind, dissatisfaction with business outcomes, delays caused by the client, or failure to use the delivered services.
7. Resolution
If you believe there is an issue with the service provided, you must contact us. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer revisions within the agreed scope.
