Important life admin is scattered across emails, documents, calendars, subscriptions and household responsibilities. Most people rely on memory, manual checking or separate apps — and things still get missed.
- Create one place where important life admin is identified automatically rather than relying on the user to remember to check everything.
- Connect the inbox, calendar and household responsibilities and turn them into clear actions, reminders and useful assistance.
- Help users act on what has been identified — drafting replies, tracking renewals, managing tasks and surfacing savings opportunities.

What we've developed so far
AdminHalo is an active software product with a substantial application foundation, currently progressing through further development and productisation ahead of launch.

A substantial application foundation already exists — covering tasks, household admin, email intelligence, bills and renewals, document handling, meal planning, family sharing and an AI assistance layer. The product is now progressing through further development and productisation. AdminHalo remains pre-launch, with its primary direction focused on the core identify → act experience: finding what needs attention and helping users do something about it.

Is AdminHalo available to download?
Not yet. AdminHalo is currently in development and has not commercially launched. Initial launch planning is focused on a web/PWA experience, and we will not claim Apple App Store or Google Play availability unless that becomes genuinely available later.
Is AdminHalo part of EpicHalo?
No. AdminHalo and EpicHalo are separate software products developed by Epic Brands Limited. EpicHalo is SaaS for ecommerce retailers, while AdminHalo is a consumer life-admin app with its own separate user and data environment.
